Sheron Samaroo joined Equality Charter High School in 2016 as the 10th Grade Geometry teacher which she held for 5 years. In 2021, Ms. Samaroo moved to the middle school location as the Department Head of Mathematics and is currently one of the Directors of Instruction at Equality Charter Middle School. Her philosophy is that a teacher should enter into the classroom with only the highest expectations for each and every one of their students regardless of race, religion, etc. All students are unique and must have a safe educational environment where they can grow physically, emotionally, socially, and academically. It is her desire to help teachers create such an atmosphere where students can reach their full potential.
