Megan Benway is the Director of Strategic Programs. She began her work at Equality Charter School in 2017 as Executive Assistant. She oversees a talented team that manages our social media and parental/community engagement. Megan’s work includes Development, Grant Writing, Stakeholder Engagement, Alumni and collaboration on various projects across the organization. She is honored to serve our scholars and excited to see Equality soar to new heights.
