Lauren began her journey at Equality Charter School in 2014 as a Special Education Math teacher. Her dedication to supporting learners and commitment to excellence in teaching led her to the role she holds today as the Director of Scholar Services. In this position, Lauren oversees the Students with Disabilities program, English Language Learners program, Social Work department, and Reading Intervention program. Lauren is deeply invested in creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all scholars, and her leadership has had a positive impact on the lives of countless learners.
