Kendra Barbour embarked on her journey with Equality Charter School in 2015, initially joining as HR Assistant, and currently serving as the Director of Human Resources. Kendra’s commitment and dedication have played a pivotal role in shaping the school’s Human Resources landscape. Kendra also oversees the Racial Equity initiative.  Her advocacy, leadership and innovative approach to Human Resources have significantly contributed to the growth and success of Equality Charter School. Her dedication to creating a more inclusive, supportive, and efficient environment has left an indelible mark on the organization and continues to benefit the school community she serves.
