Brianna McNeil
Brianna “Bri” McNeil joined the Equality Charter School Network in August 2023 as our Middle School Assistant Principal. She currently holds a B.A. in Psychology and Child Advocacy and a Masters of Social Work degree. Bri’s past work has included: servicing a variety of populations, mental/behavioral health fieldwork, psychotherapy, youth counseling, and DEIA implementation. Prior to joining our network she has served as a school Social Worker, Dean of Students, and a Director of School Culture and Family Engagement. Bri has worked directly with children, adolescents, and adults in the mental health field, this year marks her 10th in education. While her primary background is in Social Work, she brings an expertise in the field of school culture, restorative justice, and responsive classroom. Her philosophy is that school culture and academics must go hand in hand in order to truly prepare scholars to be resilient citizens while building their socio-emotional capacity. She is committed to ensuring that scholars, families, and staff feel seen, heard, and valued. Bri looks forward to building the foundation of what will be a legacy of commitment and excellence to the ECS Network.
