Amanda Myers, our org-wide District Director of Operations, is an Arkansas native. She has been with Equality since its inception in 2009 and has an MBA as well as a degree in Education. She has worked in multiple positions from a teacher to AP which gives her the lens needed to be able to support our school with the knowledge on how operations impacts the scholars, teachers, and all staff on an academic level in the day to day. She leads an energetic, hard working team who is honored to be serving our staff, scholars, and their families so they can experience the best ECS has to offer.
